It is time to be further evaluated. If the foot itself seems to have no abnormalities, then this may be referred pain from somewhere else. Your back is a prime candidate. The nerve roots to the foot come from the lumbar spine. I would have an orthopedic doctor or osteopathic physician (someone skilled in musculoskeletal exam) check you over. You may need xrays of the lumbar. An emg or nerve conduction study would be the next step to see if there is significant nerve problem. Once the cause is determined, then you can seek more useful intervention. Please let me know how you make out
