My husband got a boil like lump under his right armpit which he thought was caused by a new deoderant. so he discontinued the use of deoderant all together for about a week and it went away ( still no deoderant ) now it is on his other armpit, he says it is tender to the touch, but it seems to be superficial not deep under skin. it has a slight redness but not much else is visable. he also has been complaining of fatigue through all this....
