Hi, I recently started taking lyrica 50mg for nerve damage.

Hi, I recently started taking lyrica 50mg for nerve damage. My allergies have been getting the best of me so I have also been taking allegra D twice a day and 11 days ago I had an allergy shot. I take Kelp for my thyroid. My throat has been feeling like I cannot not swallow. I was just wondering if the lyrica might be taking away the effect of my kelp for my thyroid?
