I have been taking the sleeping aide Restoril for about a year and a half to two years. Because of not getting to the pharmacy in time I had to go without taking my daily dose. The result was that I was awake all night. I decided that since I had already started the withdrawal state, I would just continue. However, after three nights I have only had about three hours of sleep . . . total! In three nights! Is there any way I can get some sleep?   Do I have to go back on the medication just to sleep and then waste these past three nights of going of the meds?
