I am diabetic on insulin. I have been having blood

I am diabetic on insulin. I have been having blood pressure problems and at times my BP goes as high as 200/120. I also have pain under the right rib cage and frequent nausea. What is going on here?

 

Optional Information:
Female , Age: 54

Already Tried:
7 different BP meds. Had ultrasound which showed mass in pancreas. CT showed that there was no mass but there were olyps in gall bladder. I have protein spilling over into the urine and the numbers increase each time I have a urine test done. I have some pain srounf the back and up into the shoulders.

Do you know what size the polyps are? Has your Doctor discussed gall bladder removal or plans for further testing? Have you had recent testing of renal function? Have you had a recent cardiac work-up? Did your diabetes begin in childhood, or as an adult? Has your blood sugar been difficult to control over time? Do you follow a special diet? What medications/supplement do you currently take?

Reply to Christy Hammond's Post: I'm not sure what size the polyps are but he said there were 3-4 of them. I had a CCK or CPK test done to see if the gall bladdr was emptying correctly, I haven't heard any results from that. If it is emptying ok, could there still be a problem with the gall bladder? I have not had any testing yet of renal function. I did have a stress test 2 years ago which I failked. It was a test that was done with an isotope. I was on the treadmill for about 3 minutes when my BP soard to well over 200 and poulse was racing.
I had gestational diabetes and developed a full blown case about 8 years ago. My blood sugar is very difficlut to control even though I try to be careful of what I eat. I take 2000 mg of metformin daily, Insulin on a sliding scale and Benicor (sp) for my BP. I just do not feel well, along with the other symptoms upon exertion I get extremely short of breath.
