I have only had like 3 periods since my daughter was

I have only had like 3 periods since my daughter was born a year ago. It has been almost 4 months since my last one and it was only like a day and it was just clots. the last month I have been cramping really bad, been dizzy, moody, and very tired. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was neg. What is wrong with me?

No, I tried to the first 3 weeks but my milk never came in

If you feel there could be a possibility that you are pregnant, it would be best to see a doctor for a blood test, as this is the most accurate way of testing. Other than pregnancy, period abnormalities can be due to many things including hormonal imbalance, thyroid, weight gain/loss, stress, medications, illness, infection, polyp, cyst, amongst other reasons. The only way to know for sure what is going on, is to see your doctor for an exam and testing.
