If you are changing one or more pads or tampons in an hour, this needs to be checked out immediately. As you are stating you are tired and dizzy, it sounds like you are anemic because of heavy bleeding. Please go to the er ASAP to get checked out, to determine why you are experiencing heavy bleeding.
