I have two painful bumps on my rearend

my son who is 7 years old had to go to the doctor because of a large bump that was very painful. The doctor had to cut the bump open and packed it. The doctor said that he had staph infection, there was a out-break at both of my children's school. Now I have the same kind of bump on my rear end , it is very painful, I have bad headaches, sweat alot,rapid heart beat when I am doing something, I get really tired. My legs and feet swell,sometimes I do not have a headach I just have a sharp shooting pain in my head. Please help
