In order to answer your question correctly, I am going to need some more information. Is there any swelling or discoloration of the testicle? Have you had any kind of accident that would cause your back and tesicle to hurt? Do you have any penile discharge or pain or burning upon urination? All this is kind of important to answer as specifically as you can. It will determine whether you need to see a doctor right away.
