My husband has been suffering from chest pains, pains in the back of his neck and left shoulder, also he has lost weight in the past few weeks. I am concerned that it may be a heart attack but a recent visit to the doctor, the ekg did not indicate any problem? What more could it be?

Did the doctor do a complete blood panel, CXR, and any other tests besides an EKG? If so, please give me the specific results. Thank you.
