it started with an infection in tooth alot of pain, the following day i was sick vomiting very natious, then the next day i felt better but the next morning after that i woke up to a very sore throat and neck on the right side. it's been two days and now ive got this pain in my hips,pelvis, lowerback, upperthighs bad my neck is still stiff and hurting im worried it's hard to walk im only 31 years old should i go to the hospital?
