I would say that your eyes are getting tired and the muscle spasm is their response to it. Our bodies change a lot with age, mostly subtle things that progress as time goes on. A lot of times as we get older our bodies react in different ways to being tired, hungry, dehydrated, than they used to when we were younger. Remember when you could stay up for a couple days at a time? I couldn't do it now if I tried. lol

Anyway, you're vision is changing...probably slowly, but it's changing. It reacts to sunlight glare (try darker sunglasses) and trying to see at night. It wouldn't hurt to get your eyes checked again, you may need driving glasses. Mention the spasms to the eye doctor and see what he says, and mention the difficulty reading small print.

I hope this helps, if you have any further questions, feel free to ask, it costs nothing to click reply. If this has helped, please remember to click the green accept button.

Warmly,

Chase
