What should we do?

This is kind of embarrassing but we are both nervous so I thought I would try and get more information. While having sex ,with me on top, my boyfriend claimed that I leaned back too far and hurt his penis. There is no bruising or swelling. The only thing is that it still feels numb and he hasn't been able to get an erection. This happened about four days ago. Could I have fractured his penis? Do we need to go to the hospital?
