Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy),
He absolutely should see a doctor. I just "chatted" with another customer about the same problem....I will share the same information with you.
Continuous nausea and vomiting is secondary to a variety of things such as a peptic ulcer like you mentioned, or esophagitis (inflammation of the esophagus), gall stones, pancreatitis, or possibly a small bowel obstruction....all are potentially serious and possibly life threatening if not treated.
Whatever the cause, your friend NEEDS to see his doctor to diagnose the problem. He is at risk for dehydration and electrolyte imbalance which could cause further/serious damage. In the meantime, have him try to take in as much fluid as tolerated. Gatorade and water will help restore his electrolytes.
