I have just quit BC two weeks ago. Is it possible for me to ovulate and get pregnant? I had a two day period (pretty heavy) two days(on June 25 and 26) after I stopped taking the pill. I am just curious what my chances are?

Generally around day 10 ovulation can occur, or for some it may take a few cycles. Everyone is different. It's kind of a 50/50 chance. Just keep track of dates, such as when you stopped the pill, when you were bleeding and the flow etc., that way if you end up pregnant, you can give the dates to your doctor to help determine when you got pregnant, to find out how far along you could be.

Best of luck, Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *Accept* button.

Reply to Lindie's Post: OK, but when would I be able to know if I am pregnant? How soon after the last bleed?

If you do a blood test generally around 10 days. If you do urine test (home) generally give it 14 days. If you get a Neg- repeat the test in 3 days, as your hCG levels will rise.

Hope this helps Hun.
