Hi,

Unfortunately there is no sure fire way of regulation her menstruation cycle without birth control or a hormone supplement which carry there own risk. Making sure she is eating a balanced diet and drinking the recommended amount of water is recommended. As well as a regulated exercises routine.

You may need to speak with her doctor again and have him run a few tests and do a complete examination to make sure nothing more serious causing this.

I am including a link where you can read More about the different reasons why her cycle is doing this and some advice on trying to regulate it.

I wish you the best,

Walter
