I started birth control on July the 2nd. My period began the night of July the 1st. I have not been taking my birth control on a normal basis and I haven't discontinued my Doxycycline.. Yet, July the 19th, I had light spotting all day.. Which I have never before experienced. I thought I was pregnant. But now it is the 21st and I am still bleeding.. But it's heavier now. I guess it's an early period due to the birth control?
