Hello

Do you get enough water in your diet? If your urine is any darker than clear to light yellow, you need more water in your diet. This will help flush out your tissues. Keep your feet elevated when you can. If this doesn't help after a few days, check your blood pressure, and get to a doctor to rule out other more serious things such as kidney dysfunction, or high blood pressure.

Relist: I prefer a second opinion.
My ankles are swelling even though I fell ok. I eat alot of salads but I think that my circulation is off. I donot go to the washroom the way I think that I should. I work long hours but I donot do any hard work. I elevate my feet as much as I can sometimes as much as an hour a nite. Also my pressure is ok. When I first notice the swelling I was walking alot in combat boots. Then I changed to shoes. When I sleep alot the swelling go down. But after an hour or two the swelling is back.
