What does a healthy person's urinalysis result look like?

I have already that website but wanted to know what kind of notation the doctor used to describe my urinalysis.

Thanks for your time, but I have decided to schedule an appt. with my doctor for a physical and close this question.

I am not sure what you mean by notation. As far as each specific part of a urinalysis on the actual lab report, it would either say negative, positive, or in the case of specific gravity a number. As far as the doctor he would just state if it was normal or not. If a drug test was done it would be the same.
