i have a rash that started as if it was heat rash, now it has spread to my stomach arms and all over my legs. i havent changed soaps , detergent or foods. i am totally at a loss. benadryl and creans havent helped at all? ithis started about 10 - 14 days ago. i have been to the doctor once but he thought it might be the heat rash....it definitly isnt!
