Hahahahha...
Ironically I found this site by being a customer, so I had great first hand experience.
No need to pay - I've been given free advice from other experts on here (and have given experts free advice), so don't worry about it. Unless you really want the full court press.... But truthfully I never bug customers to pay anyway.
