I haven't had my period last month and it still

I haven't had my period last month and it still hasn't came, I am swallen down there inside and it hurts when me and my boyfriend have sex sometime more than others about 6 days ago we tried to have sex it hur and some blood came out but I still wasn't on my period and it hasn't happend since, today we had sex and after it her in my lower stomach really bad " a sharp pain.........What could this be?

Already Tried:
I haven't tried n-e-thing really I have taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative............that's about it I don't know what it could be.......I just moved here in Floida and I don't have a dr.
