Tingling of these area can be caused by a pinched nerve. I would suggest making an appointment with your doctor for an accurate diagnosis. Often, a consult with a chiropractor is beneficial, as various physical therapy modalities are used to treat a pinched nerve. These can include deep tissue massage, gentle stretching and rotation exericises, along with ice and heat treatments. If you choose to see your doctor, he may decide to send you for physical therapy that would include the same treatments described above.
