Hi,my first baby developed jaundice 2days after delivery

Hi,
my first baby developed jaundice 2days after delivery due to ABO incompatibilty as informed by the doctors and was in ICU for 2weeks.My blood type is O positive while my husbands' is B Rh D positive. I am pregnant again and afraid this may happen. is there anything to prevent it?
