Do you also have Drs. that can answer health problems? I hate taking medicine and would prefer the Dr's. that want to go the natural route with healing.
I have low thyroid, slight low blood sugar and slight osteopenia.
The Dr. wants me to take Synthroid and Fosamax. I just want to know what I have to do to stay healthy without all that medicine. I believe the body can heal itself if you don't give it all that medicine.
Other than some weight gain and a little tired, I feel fine. I eat too much so the weight gain is normal and I'm tired 'cause I drink to much coffee and don't eat correctly so can't sleep good.
Need advice on how to get the Thyroid/adrenals working properly.

Hearing that keeping the body alkaline will work, but it sounds real confusing. Just started a fitness program and yoga. Just hope I can stick with it. I took the Synthroid and Fosamax and my body seemed to get so stiff so I weined myself off. Want to find a good multi vit/mineral tablet that can work.. Trying the Women to Women Vits. but haven't noticed much difference in the way that I feel. Did a toxic cleanse and that seemed to take the pain out of my body, but it cost a fortune and now I'm back to my own eating. Been trying to keep it at 1500=1900 calories, but then I have my days when I go crazy and eat McDonalds, Caseys doughnuts. and drink red wine. I love to eat.....

There are natural ways to work with your illnesses. The best thing to do is find a holistic practitioner who is trained to guide you through this journey. In the mean time, do not stop taking the medications, but continue to exercise and eat well. You can find a holistic or naturopathic doctor here:

I got two addresses for the Nnaturopathic Drs. but could not get any from the holistic site at this time.
Could you just tell me, which route would be the way for me to go with the information you have about my symptoms. In other words, if you were me which one would you go to??
May not even have Holistic anywhere in close traveling distance.

Either one would be a good choice, the reason I offered both is because they are hard to find and there may not be one closeby. I am glad there are two naturopathic practitioners in your area to choose from. Best of luck to you.
