my 15 month old daughter showed signs of developing

my 15 month old daughter showed signs of developing breast lumps, doctor gave her a x-ray of the left wrist and ultra sound of ovaries. ultrasound came back normal but x-ray showed a maturation of the left wrist (3 month maturation) doctor refered us to a specialist. what can we expect?
