uncomfortable bump

I have a small lump or bump right at the rim of my anus. It started about 48 hours ago. It seems to be pretty solid, possibly full of fluid. It seems very unusual, and not to mention uncomfortable. It is a little embarrassing, so I don't want to go to my doctor with this one. It does not seem like an irritation of any sort...it seems like it is under the skin more. What could it be and what do I do?

Is this reddish, warm,painful?

Any history of constipation?

Reply to Dr AMIT MUNJAL's Post: Yes, I would say reddish. Yes it is warm-body temparature I suppose. And yes, it is painfull, I can feel it there all the time when I am walking or sitting.
No history of constipation whatsoever, everything is working fine.

The size is maybe a quarter inch by a half inch.

Hello

This seems to be a peri-anal boil or abcess , you should consult a surgeon for clinical examination and start antibiotics and if surgeon consider incision and drainage depending on the presence of pus inside.
