i have been off work 3yrs with industrial injury i have been signed off by the doctor to go back to work. my company are refusing to have me back.i am 64 they have my p45 i do not want to resign as i might not get another job.i have been back to the job centre they do not want to know.where do i go from here.can anybody help please.
