projectile vommiting

my son is 15months and since he was born he has always spit up a lot. I am talking a lot but now for some reason theses past 2 days he is projectile vomiting. he is eating but then it all come out. I am not sure what to do? he is teething does that have something to do with it?? I am wanting to know if I should take him t o the doctor or hospital. I am getting concerned now. Thank You Holly
