My doctor prescribed Cialis for me. The info says that it helps for one session of sexual intercourse per 24-hour period, and will not help for more than one. Does that mean that if I take Cialis, get an erection for an hour with no intercourse, and later that same day want to have intercourse that the Cialis will not be effective anymore?

Some men report that if they difd not ejaculate, they are sometimes able to sustain another erection. This varies from man to man.
