I am in really bad pain. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, and the regular stuff; Tylenol, etc. is not helping. I try warm baths, and try to relax but this flare is so much more than I am handling right now. Thanks

Already Tried:
I've had vicodin in the past, but unable to refill right now. Currently using glucosimine and chondroitin, and tylenol.
