I overdosed accidentally on Acetaminophen, and took about 2500 -3000 mgs worth in the past 24 hours. Four were taken at once for a headache about 8 hours ago. The dizzyness has pretty much passed, Im not worried about that, Im only 90 lbs and most painkillers make me a bit out of it, but Im having really bad stomach/abdominal cramps and was wondering whether or not I should see a doctor about them.
