URINARY PROBLEM

FOR THE PAST YEAR I HAVE NOTICED THAT I AM HAVING URINARY PROBLEMS. AFTER I URINATE AND THINK I AM FINISHED AND PUT THINGS BACK IN PLACE A SMALL AMOUNT OF URINE COMES OUT AND WETS MY UNDERWARE TO THE POINT THAT IT IS SOMETHING I WANT TO CORRECT IF POSSIBLE.
ALSO, WHEN I AM HOME AND DO DISHES OR USE RUNNING WATER IN THE KITCHEN, I TEND TO HAVE TO GO URINATE. SOMETIMES A FEW DROPS COMES OUT BEFORE I GET TO TOILET.

i TOLD MY DOCTOR AT VA HOSPITAL AND SHE TOOK A URINE SAMPLE AND THE RESULTS WERE NEGATIVE. SHE DID NOT TELL ME ANYTHING FURTHER.

Hi

The dribbling would be consistent with an enlarged prostate gland.

You need a blood test and a prostate exam.

The leakage before you can get to the toilet is less likely to be prostatic and suggestive of bladder spasm - several meds are suitable for this.

WEll that sounds resonable and I will bring this to the attention of my doctor and see what she thinks,
I feel sure that what I am going tru is not normal.
