I went to a family doc to get a paps and it came back ...

I went to a family doc to get a paps and it came back abnormal they didn't get enough tissue sample, so I went back again for another paps and the doc that saw me said he could not perform a paps and he needed me to see an obgyn because my pelvi was too high or inverted and he could not see it. What does this mean?
