adhd concern

my son is on a trail basis adhd medication i have noticed a big change in his behavior how can i get more help for him without waiting 6 more months? his doctor wants him to be evaluated but i cant find a doctor to help c/o i have no insurance.

Hello and Welcome to Just Answer,

Can you tell me what kind of doctor that put him on this trial medication? Did you see a pediatrician, a regular doctor, city type clinic? Also what is the name of the medication?

it's a family doctor and he put him on ritilan 5mg for 30 days in which in those 30 days he was a totally different kid but now he's back to doing everything that he can to place himself in trouble like he won't sit still in school his teachers says he can't stay in his seat for more than 5 min and he's always in mischif.

So your family doctor put him on this for 30 days and now he has run out of the medication? Did the doctor tell you anything to do after the 30 days?
