I have just recently had laprascopy and oopherectomy ...

I have just recently had laprascopy and oopherectomy on Aug 23rd. I am now experiencing very much pain in my abdomen. I have had frequent bowel movements and they did operate on my bowel. Could you help me with the problem and should I go to the ER?
