REPLIED Check Mark

Hello,

Do not squeeze these, it sounds as if they are already infected. Squeezing could actually push them deeper.

It would be best if he were seen by his doctor. The doctor could use a sterile surgical technique and instruments to remove these. A course of oral antibiotics and ointment may be required.

Is there any chance they may ooze themselves out eventually?

ACCEPTED Check Mark

Possibly, but highly unlikely. They would most likely become infected first. Worse case scenario if they were left in, the healing process could cause the skin to grow over them, which is not recommended.
