If your pancreas is not secreting enough enzymes - your body will not properly digest or absorb many nutrients - this can lead to diarrhea.
There are a number of conditions which can cause your pancreas to not secrete enough enzymes including chronic pancreatitis (chronic inflammation of the pancreas)
