Flu???

Sent to Health Experts September 04 08:10 PM

Aug. 18th I caught a cold, sore throat, tight throat, progressed to runny nose 2 days later, croupy cough, I still havea dry cough. The past 3 days my lungs hurt, feels like I've been swiming all day, and my legs are weak and very very sore(front of thighs), like I did leg lifts for several hours. I haven't done anything over strenuous. My backand nech are sore, and I get a headache everyday, for the past 2 weeks. What if anything do you think it is, just the flu?
Thanks,
Arlene

Hello,

It does sound like the flu, but it would be a good idea to make an appointment with your doctor to have your lungs listened to.

You may need a course of oral antibiotics to help you get over this.
