I have 15/100mg hydrocodone apap and I have severe hip pain...what is the max single dose of hydrocodone I can take? So the main question is could I take two safely?

What I would do just to be safe would take 1 and 1/2 and see how that works. If you are still hurting after about 30 to 45 minutes then you can take the other half. If everything is fine, then you can take two usually every 6 hours and you will be fine.
