I have 15/100mg hydrocodone apap and I have severe hip pain...what is the max single dose of hydrocodone I can take? So the main question is could I take two safely?

Do you mean you have hydrocodone 10/625mg pills? This is 10 mg of hydrocodone and 625mg tylenol. Have you ever taken these before? And if you have, how much have you taken at one time?

Wow I haven't heard of that. I am currently on hydrocodone 10/325. I will have to ask my doctor about that one. Have you ever taken these before? And are you allergic to anything?

What I would do just to be safe would take 1 and 1/2 and see how that works. If you are still hurting after about 30 to 45 minutes then you can take the other half. If everything is fine, then you can take two usually every 6 hours and you will be fine.
