It is probably Herpes infection.

Another possibility is Oral hairy leukoplakia. It can be seen in some people who is immuno suppressed. An Oral cancer also needs to be ruled out. I suggest to you to see a dentist or a doctor as soon as possible.

The lesions of Oral Hairy Leukoplakia, are strongly adherent and cannot be removed by scraping with a tongue blade.
