If this is yeast, you can use a cream called Lotrimin which you can get at your local pharmacy. Wash the area with antibacterial soap, dry well and apply cream. Do this 2x a day. Also for 7 days eat a yogurt once a day too. You should seen an improvement in a couple of days. If this doesn't go away by Wednesday or at least start going way, then you needs to have your doctor do a swab test and ask him/her to send it to the lab, as it's not yeast/fungal related.

Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *ACCEPT* button and leave *POSITIVE* feedback.

Then you need to have your doctor do an actual swab and send it in for a culture, as the treatments you have had, should take care of a yeast/fungal infection. By sending in a swab sample, this will have the lab results come back to what this actually is and you can get proper treatment.

Hope this helps Hun.

We can only give you an idea of what is going on- not an exact diagnosis as that can only be done in person with a proper exam and history. I told you what you could try, but you state you have already done it. Which under "what you have tried" you only listed pills. Nothing about trying creams, or yogurt.

You state little bumps, but you don't state what they look like etc., I can only help you with how much information you give.

Little bumps may be herpes, but having an actual culture done would help with this. I am not there to see them.

Whatever you decide, best of luck Hun.
