i recently started taking 400ie vitemin e, calcium citrate plus, multi vitemins, glucosemin, condroitin, and some othe suppliments in my whey protein, two days ago i found a small pimple like whitehead under my tongue, i tried pintching it and woke up this morning with the area under my tongue swollen... no pain or soreness exsisted.. and a couple hours later the swelling went down, but a small lump still exists

It may or may not be related to the supplements you are taking. You should go to your doctor and have it checked out even though the swelling has gone down. It certainly is not normal to have this under your tongue and you need to make sure it is taken care of soon.

This could be something as simple as an elarged taste bud to an allergic reaction to the supplements you have been taking. Given your post I would say that an allergic reaction needs to be ruled out. If the lump does not go away in a couple of days then you need to see a doctor for evaluation. You may end up having to have an allergy test to see what you are allergic to if this is the case.
