i had a normal pap smear and i am on birth ...

i had a normal pap smear and i am on birth control pills and when i went to have a abdominal exam he felt something on my left ovary so he wanted me to have a sonogram i did have one today and the sonogram lady couldnt say anything because she isnt a doctor and he wasnt there
but i looked at the paper that she gave me and i saw the box checked by condyloma acuminatum i dont know what that is and she said there is a tiny cyst but that is all she could say
can u elobrate?
