I have lumps under the skin in my genital area about the size of a nickle. There are 3 or 4 of them. When I squeeze them solid white stuff comes out in a thin line. When you push on them they are tender. I have ruled out Herpes of any kind. My doctor sent them in to see if they were bacterial and the results were negative, although, the antibiotocs she gave me seems to be helping after 5 days. What could they be?
