Earlier this year I was in a car accident and I hit my knee. Now when ever I sit for long periods my leg gets very stiff to the point that I can't move it. Also at night when I go to sleep, after I wake up I can't stand on my leg I can't straighten it or wake on it, it takes about 30 minutes to even stand on it. I hurts right at the top part of my knee and the back of my knee is where it starts and then it shots up to my hip and down to my toes.
