I donate blood alot, would they notify me if they found HIV

I had alymph node removed from in front of my ear, the doctor says there were some cells that could mean immune system problems, I dont think that I have HIV It has been 5 years since I have had unprotected sex, and I am concerned, though I do donate blood, would the blood center have tested and notified me
