testicle cancer

Recently i discover a lump on my left testicle, it was'nt much of a pain but my lower abdominal and anal area in great pain. i went to see my doctor he take some blood sample the result came back i have some kind bacteria in my stomach, he describe me some kind anti-bacteria medication but that was'nt help at all. Anyway my doctor say it's not a cancer, could you explain to me whether i have cancer or not. Please tell me what i have to do? because i'm still in pain.

i went to get ultrasound but they couldn't find the lump, no further investigate

What is the size of that lump on self examination?

Any idea of what blood tests were done? Reports?

the lump about the size of green bean.
the only blood test was done about three weeks ago the result come back i have some kind bacteria in my stomach. No further reports from my doctor
