Can you send a picture of these blisters/bumps through email? This would help me greatly to better identify what is going on and maybe what is causing them.

If not, please describe the blisters in detail.

What antibiotics has your son taken?

Have you taken him to see a doctor for this? What was the diagnosis?

Did the doctor do a swab culture of any fluid from the blisters?
