I am on 2000MG of NIASPAN to reduce my colesteral. For the last week I have had pain on the "right" side of my chest witch can be settled nwith a few sipps of diet cola. When the pain starts I feal weak and the need to sit down. My appitite has dropped over the last week and today I became light headed after running yhe vacum. I usually feel this way in mid afternoon. Seldom in the am. It continues off and on into the evening. Can you advise?
